·       Manage all product distribution, media and non-media, including

Informal trade network, Door to door delivery’s subscription

delivery and Retail in a specified area within a geographical area

·       Proactively plan and enforce compliance to deliver a high level of

service.

·       Ensure an efficient and cost-effective distribution network by

playing a leading role in dynamic route planning projects to

optimise area cost and service

·       Directly manage distribution through disciplined and well trained

contractors

·       Appoint contractors within agreed standards and within the

company’s rules and approved remuneration structures.

·       Communicate all relevant policies

·       Daily, Weekly and monthly measuring of contractor compliance

and Reporting.

·       Resolve any escalated issues from Service centre and ensure

feedback within agreed turnaround times.

·       Lead the approach to resource planning, optimisation and

management in order to utilise networks across OtD in order to

improve efficiency

·       Manage area within agreed budget and efficiency projects and

targets

·       Direct reports are recruited, assessed, trained and resource

achieves optimum performance within budget.

·       Problems are identified proactively, root causes identified speedily

and practical steps are taken to prevent the recurrence of such

problems.
